We had our moss cleaned off the roof by D&D Clean Exteriors. The quote was done on time and done quickly. Responses were all done via email with quick feedback from the company. The two men were here for 3 hours and worked continuously and answered all my questions. A very thorough cleanup was done around the house where moss had landed on the ground. Eves were washed and cleaned. Highly recommend this company.Iain

The 2 guys were very friendly, did a great job and put everything back after power washing. I understand when things are running late, but a quick call to let me know would have been welcomed.

D&D staff did an awesome job pressure washing my driveway, patio & walkway, so much cleaner and brighter than the company that did it the previous year. They also did a great job of my outside windows, not an easy task as I live near the ocean so lots of salt and bird poop! Staff were friendly, professional, helpful and nice!

It is reasonable to expect professional and respectful treatment, from a business you are paying hard earned money to, for their service.I paid $386 to have my gutters washed inside and out. We also hired this company last year, with no complaint. When I came home two hours later, the outside of our gutters did not look clean. I asked the owner to come take a look. He pulled in front of my house just as my husband came home. We asked him to move so my husband could park, as he had heavy suitcases to put in the car and get to the ferry. We have limited parking in front of our house. The owner immediately started yelling at me. He angrily drove down the street. Certainly, the business owner wouldn’t expect my husband to carry two very heavy suitcases a half a block down the street to his car? It was much easier for him, the business owner, to park and walk back to our house. When he walked to my house, I told him not to speak to me like that as I was a paying customer. He was argumentative, rude and was swearing at me. I am extremely shocked at his terrible behaviour after our reasonable request. My husband and I are extremely upset as well. The business owner left without looking at the areas I was concerned about, while shouting to me, that we don’t own the street. I will never use this company again. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Non existent customer service. I felt threatened by his outburst.

Another great job this year on our eavestroughs and windows by D&D. Had one issue on the exterior of the troughs and they came back the very next day to rectify the issue. They are dedicated to their customers and it shows in all communications.

D&D did an excellent job. They provided a competitive quote, showed up on time and did exactly what they promised. The house looks great.

I had my roof de-mossed/cleaned and sprayed with their moss preventive spray, my roof was extremely mossy and the crew did an incredible job cleaning it off. They also cleaned all the moss on the ground that came off the roof and didn’t leave any behind. All people I met from the company were on time and very nice and easy to deal with. They were able to accommodate my request to clean the gutters myself to save some cash. The roof looks great now and I’m expecting the solution to work great, they have a two year warranty on the spray which I appreciate. Would definitely use this company in the future.

They de-mossed the roof and sprayed with hydrogen peroxide, cleaned out and washed out the gutters and down pipes. Washed the gutters on the outside.They were very prompt and polite. They did an excellent job.I will use them again and recommend to anyone who is looking for this service.

The crew did a great job of cleaning the exterior of our home; de-mossing of the roof and washing of windows outside! The screen-cleaning was an added bonus! The crew were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable! Very professional!
