Very cold hearted. Way over priced .They did not care at all that you just lost a loved one. Do not use these people. Many other options available.When questioned about the price, they actually said... Were no Walmart you know .. Really ?

These people are heartless. money first - your concerns after. They offer package deals that don't have anything to do with what you actually want and take advantage of your grief. Wayyyyyy over priced for a basic cremation. We had a service from Edmonton do it for us for thousands less. The person in charge (manager??) that you to speak with on the phone sounds like a total hick and doesn't care about your concerns. They just figure they have a monopoly in the area... call a service from Edmonton instead. Don't let grief get in the way of your common sense !!

Our mother recently passed away, Andrew and Kirsten arrived at our home and after a few simple questions about what we wanted (absolutely no pressure) they handled everything with professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend their services.

They do a wonderful job, making a difficult time much much easier. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring they go above and beyond. Thank you very much, I will remember the experience forever.
