It was my first time there today and loved it. So many things to choose from, very hard not to buy everything in the factory.

So much selection! You can't go wrong coming here and the prices are reasonable. I visit here to stock up on salt water taffy and they have an amazing selection. So many new flavors to try.

I always enjoy stopping by to get some great sweets. They have some great chocolate covered gummy bears, creams, candy sticks and more. I just wish they had 'clove' candy sticks. :)

There's so many different shapes of the chocolate, which tastes ok, but it is too expensive; store is old and people are grumpy...

We had a great afternoon visit - a chocolate lovers dream! Lots of nice seasonal chocolates and candy for Halloween and special events. We ended up getting a chocolate chess board, assorted chocolates, sugar free chocolates, peanut butter chocolate bar, cookies and cream chocolate bar, fuzzy peaches and Turkish delights! We will definitely return. This place is a hidden gem. Nice parking spots right out front.

It is a nice place with a lot of selection of chocolates. The customer service from the lady working there made me feel unwelcomed. There is no hello and no smile. The way she talked to me was also very unfriendly. Not sure we want to go back there.

This local chocolatier has been around for decades! 50 years in 2021! Despite Covid the place was bustling! They sell quality chocolate, Callebaut chocolate from Belgium.They offer chocolates for every occasion along with custom order. Many years ago, the company I worked at had custom chocolates made from Charlie’s. It was a hit! A great way to support local businesses.There’s chocolates for vegans and diabetics (maltitol). How sweet that is! There’s also bulk candy (salt water taffy & hard candy), bulk chocolate, no sugar chocolates, and nuts. They even sell supplies such as boxes, bags, foils, & molds for your own creations. I got some chocolates and bags in various sizes.Be aware of the prices charged as the cashier originally rang through a higher price than what was marked on the item. They don’t have a scanner. There’s two locations – one off Boundary and Canada Way (with a few complimentary parking spots in front of the store) and the other in Port Coquitlam.May they be around for another 50! Congrats Charlie’s Chocolate Factory!!!

Charlie's is THE place for chocolate. We went today for Easter chocolates and had the pleasure of chatting with Charlie, who still comes to the store when he can. They have so many seasonal chocolates, bunnies at Easter, Santa's at Christmas, etc. The chocolate is also so good, Callebaut from Belgium. Definitely worth a trip for any occasion.
