Just wanted to share the experience I just had with your location, when I arrived at the drive-through I ordered a ham and cheddar with no tomatoes in a combo with wedges a large ice coffee and a 10 pack of timbits. When I arrived at the window I paid for my order and got everything except for my ice coffee,when I asked for my ice coffee I was told I would have to pay for it,I was fine with that but i explained that it shouldn't be full price since I ordered a combo, she then told me she already charged me for the rest of my food and she couldn't change it and that I'd have to pay full price, rather then argue and hold up the line I said forget it and left. I get home and my sandwich has tomato, great, I overpaid since I didn't get the combo I asked for, didn't get my coffee and my sandwich is no good

Great as always. They overloaded our ice capps and made a mess in the car. Not sure why, but try not to load it up so much.

Absolute garbage. Multi-billion dollar company and they cannot even settle things civilly or with any sort of decency in a reasonable amount of time.

Stopped in for a quick grab of coffee and pastries for a meeting, the service was quicker then any other location for a box of coffee. The coffee was hot and fresh, pastries still warm from the oven, and staff went above and beyond to ensure I received everything I needed.

Nice, clean and quite place. Busy during lunch time. Good place to take lunch. outside view is also good. Restaurant is clean and well managed. Enough seating. Staff is very friendly and fast. They have big parking but it gets crowded during lunch hours. Due to high traffic road nearby, entry and exit from trafic is tricky sometime and if you are not regualr, it would be time consuming to get out of parking during busy hours.

The staff was slow. Creamer machine leaking all over the counter with staff taking only napkins to clean it up, Only cleaning a small work space. The ice cap machine at the drive thru was also leaking all over the floor with staff walking around the mess. Only one person doing cash. This was on Sunday mothers day.

It is the worst Tim Horton I saw in my life they are lying too much because I pick the coffee and I was asking for how old and they seen just we did it and they are not they are the coffee is very cold sorry to say this but they are very very bad people
