Had codes relating to a fuel pump issue. Technician cleaned the fuel lines, topped up the oil. Had problem resolved quickly, efficiently and professionally. Very pleased

Amazing service! I called Thermo King with an issue that I considered a low priority. I told them I was flexible with timing and wasn't in a big rush.They booked me in for a service the very next day, answered all my questions and fixed my heater for much less than they originally thought it would cost. Once they took the system apart, they found the actual issue at hand and fixed it, instead of installing the (more expensive) parts they had orignially quoted me for.Thank you to Sam, Josee, Michelle, John and everyone else at Thermo King! I have 5 heaters that I'll be bringing back for regular service, as a result of this excellent experience.

John and his team are the best, they have done great installations for me, including 3 espar heaters in my trucks over the years. Whenever I have had issues, I always turn to them as they can quickly diagnose and repair them. I am happy with their great service and would recommend them.

Work was ok. Technicians walked through my truck with dirty boots on and left a mess. This has happened more than one time there. A little respect would have made this a better review. This is my home away from home when I am working.

Our company has sent out cargo van for repair 3 times and total cost nearly 3k, with the last repair they have taking off the cooling fluid over floor container but never install back. And made it leak. Thank God we check or we might blow the engine from over heating. And they said they are too busy to check if the job supposedly finish and double checked.

I want to thank the tech and team at Thermo King Eastern divisionI broke down the other night during a blizzard storm it was late and the team took care of my issue ASAP - I drove from Ottawa to Vars location and the tech met me at the door and took the van right away to fix the issue - I give you all a 5 star the location is super clean and the front desk person was polite as I was pretty tired from the day and they made it very easy to deal with them so relaxed and good at dealing with customers coming in and explained the issue and really made me feel at ease. I just had an Espar D2 installed in my RV at Thermo King. I had a really great experience with John, Sam and team. The installation in my Mercedes B class was top notch. I would urge anyone interested in an Espar install to take it to Thermo King for a very professional simple process.
