The ultrasound tech was niceBut the bald man working at the reception desk was extremely rude & had the worst attitude. Literally made the experience terrible. Hopefully he was having a bad day & doesn't regularly act this way towards patients.

I have already had a couple of visits and always very satisfied. I have only positive experience. I never wait for a long time and never waste extra time. I highly recommend it

I had all my previous ultrasound appointments here and I loved it, all the techs that I met treated me kindly, except for my appointment today, the tech that was assigned to me was rude, disrespectful and gave me unsolicited comments.First, she didn’t even greet me or introduce herself, she just asked me to pull up my dress and lie down when I entered the room. (Which I found odd since all the staff there always greets their clients first).Second, it took her very long time, looks like she’s having a hard time using the machine (getting the measurements).Third, she never left the room, not giving me privacy to change/remove undies.And lastly, when we’re about to do the transvaginal ultrasound (internal) she asked me to put in the ultrasound head by myself. (Other techs will put it in or ask your preferences, if you can’t then they will or will help you if you don’t know how to) I said okay but I’m not sure if I can reach it (with big tummy obstructing the way) she said NO you can, so I did my best, and I said I think it’s in, so she reached it and what happened next is the highlight of this very bad experience, without a warning she just pushed the ultrasound head very hard which hurts and made me very uncomfortable and worried about my baby, after that she said “I can’t believe you don’t know how to put it in. You have children” I felt humiliated and disrespected. That comment isn’t necessary. Where’s the sympathy and compassion towards your clients?.And for these reasons, I will never go back here.

Busy clinic.I came at the clinic to ask for help as I lost my requisition for chest X-ray.The clerk named Martin helped me to reach out my GP to request for chest X-ray to fax at the clinic.Martin was willing to help and prompted to call my GP despite of too many clients that he also have been attended.Martin is a nice clerk kind and helpful .Kudos to the the staff at Brooke Radiology in Metrotown you were all helpful and kind.

Eileen at Brooke radiology is a lifesaver! I had an unusual and complex x-ray requisition from Quebec. The paperwork from Quebec is a little more complicated, but Brooke radiology was willing to do it. So I completed my x-rays within hours of a neighbouring x-ray location telling me that my requisition was not acceptable, that I had to go back to my family doctor, which would have entailed weeks of delay, which would have delayed my appointment with my surgeon next week. Thank you Brooke Radiology!!

It’s totally a hit or miss with this location.POSITIVES: Appointments are usually easy and quick to get, reception friendly, Some techs can actually walk you through what they are doing while conducting each procedure whilst being friendly…NEGATIVES: I had a super unprofessional and rude tech at my 20 week anatomy scan as I received unsolicited comments about my body, she didn’t walk me through what she was doing during the procedure, images were poorly done.

I visit for my 20 week detail ultrasound it was really happy moment. Technician here in brooke’s is very kind, forgot the name but she was so kind. thanks for her! My baby tried to hide but she kept trying to capture for the best posture:)

I just came to share my experience as the reviews on here had me worried. I had my 10 week and 20 week ultrasound here and both experiences were excellent. My 10 week was super quick but the tech was very nice and informative. My 20 week anatomy ultrasound went amazing. They were super thorough and instead of rushing me and making me come back when baby wasn't cooperating they had me go for a walk and left me for five minutes to move around freely and without judgement so we could see if baby would move to the proper position. Surprisingly baby moved and they were able to get everything they needed. I was very impressed. The techs put in alot of effort and I highly recommend this clinic!

Just had an ultrasound with Kayla here. She was wonderful; very calming, explained every step of the way, very kind. I was one of the last appointments, so it's great that they can keep up the bedside manner throughout the whole day.

I've gone here a few times over the past couple of years. Everyone is always kind and professional. When I've had to book an appointment, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken in. I will continue going to this location.
