We love Top Hat and Tails and Irene! She always cut's our Goldendoodle exactly how we want him done. He comes back looking amazing every time!!! She had my business for life when I brought Dexter in for her for the 1st time as a puppy for a face trim (his bangs were grown out and he couldn't see) and she didn't even charge me - despite me offering to pay several times. She is professional and Dexter loves going for his SPA" treatments every 8 weeks!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

Irene does such a great job on my shih tzu! She cuts his hair exactly how I like it. She is so detailed and meticulous, and also reasonably priced. Worth the drive to Cambridge!

I have been taking my dogs to Top Hat and Tails for over 20 years. Irene has always been amazing with my dogs. She was amazing with my old golden retriever; when she could no longer stand to be groomed Irene would work around her needs. She always does a great job on my current dog as well!

I took our puppy here for her first haircut and we had a really good experience. I asked for her not to be shaved and she was not! I have heard from others that this isn't always the case with groomers. Our pup was happy when I picked her up and we really love her haircut. Irene definitely listened to what we wanted and took care to give her the haircut we desired. We will definitely go back again.

Irene is fantastic! She was able to get us an appointment within 24 hours (we were in a bit of a jam) and she did a great job with our goldendoodle. She spent extra time on her and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks again, Irene.

Irene is excellent, won’t take my dog anywhere else. If there are any issues she always lets me know, which to me is important. Been going to her for years and would recommend her to everyone. Great groomer.

I brought my two German Shepherds to Irene and even though she had her work cut out for her (since they hadn't been professionally groomed in forever), she did a great job. She was very careful and caring of my older dogs, not to mention very patient and took her time to make them look great.

We love Top hat & Tails. We took our last dog Milo (a shih tzu) to Irene for all of his 17 years. We now take our golden doodle Cooper, as I wouldn't trust anyone else and know he's in good hands with the love and care Irene provides.... plus super awesome cuts :)
