Christian is a pleasure to work with. He knows what needs to be worked on and goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. i cant thank him enough for the strides my body has taken because of the work he's done on my body to release years of tense, tight muscles.

Living with multiple sclerosis andsitting in a wheelchair for many hours at a time, I’ve had to deal with constant muscle spasms, poor mobility, and flexibility.I have been one of Christian’s regular clients for just over 2 years and the experience of having someone work on you physically for 90 minutes straight, palpating, looking for muscle imbalances, adhesions, trigger points, weaknesses, etc. doing deep tissue release, using massage tools, mobilizing, decompressing joints, stretching Muscles, etc. is pretty amazing.The new freedom of movement restored my level of confidence both physically and psychologically. The best Massage Therapist I have ever seen!

I have been battling chronic right hip and traps pain for years, due, in part, to an over obsession with sports and work at a computer. Numerous Physio appointments etc. Christian's fascia release and stretch sessions have finally relieved pain and increased mobility. Not had to use the combination of Tylenol/Advil for months now. With my mobility back in my right hip I will definitely avoid a hip replacement!

I've had chronic back issues, and I require consistent massage and extensive stretching. Christian at Stretch Therapy Central always delivers an effective and consistent massage. Moreover his therapist-assisted stretching regimen has helped me become pain-free. He took a lot of time to educate me about stretching on my own, which I have incorporated into my daily routine so as to remain pain-free. He definitely goes beyond the call of duty to help his patients.

Christian does an amazing job. As a long time firefighter, I’ve had many injuries over the years which affected my mobility. Christian has done a great job giving me much more pain free mobility. I will never be perfect but I am so much better than what I was.
