Please avoid these people at all costs. Their PSWs are so incompetent and rude. They are useless and come in and go as they please. There is no sense of professionalism as they are always an hour late, an hour early or more often than not, don't show up! There was this one PSW who kept singing really loudly which scared my children. Another one was about to walk around my house in wet shoes had I not told her to change. One PSW had the audacity to use my bathroom and not flush the toilet. I was stunned. Absolutely ridiculous. Your loved one would be better off with St Elizabeth or any other health care service, just NOT this one.

Never work for or use this company for care. They treat their clients like garbage. They will knowingly send injured workers into homes and facilities and if the support worker can not provide the care due to injury, that person is not seen that day. They will send in one worker to clients that require a 2 people assist and make excuses that they can not afford to send a 2nd worker.This company claims to have the backs of the client and the worker, but they don't care if a client doesn't get care that day or when their workers are injured due to RNS negligence. They will lie and say whatever they need to , to not to be held accountable for their responsibilities to the clients and workers.Martin will make sure you do not get what you are owed.

This homecare provider has less than acceptable PSW home service. Several have come late & left early, without completing tasks for client. Sad that York Region residents (seniors) have to receive poor care. Strongly suggest having a family member supervise each visit; watch that everything is done. Changing bedsheets, making bed, washing/showering then drying applying lotion or powder etc..That dentures are brushed.Also that the employee is focused and not talking on her phone with ear-pod while tending to client.When office is notified, they question the family's expectations" of service. Instead of retraining staff.If you can find alternate service provider that's my best recommendation."

Lack of experience staff when u call they never return the calls, office staffs are very rude specially indian lady who in charge Markham 16 th area soo bad service they never treat the clients and field staff very well. Next steps we try to deal with LINN.

This is the company I started my career as a personal support worker with, it is also the company that ended it. Always under appreciated and over worked, major lack of communication, there are no bonuses as they claim in the job description. Favoritism is huge amongst the company.

I’m going to try and keep this nice and short. This company does not care for its employees, especially their field staff. They expect so much from you and get so little in return. There’s no appreciation from the higher-ups for all the work you do. At. All.No increases in wage, office staff quit every other month and when you ask them for something they have you running in circles asking a different person the same question and if it were reversed, they expect you to get what their asking of you done ASAP.Not a great company to work for if you’re looking to grow, and feel appreciated for work you do because you won’t find it working with this company.

Our psw before was the same emptied urinal in the sink. But i can't thank her enough because its the same psw who helped my mom when she was in distress. Guess what? I still have my mom!

Awlful service send psw that don't have a clue what personal support you offer to client just their for payThe psw / Mia Xie empty and rinse the urinal in the sink instead of toilet.

My mom retired from Regional for 16 years of service and she didn't get a good bye or any sort of recognition!SHAME ON YOU RNS! she received so much appreciation and love from her clients than the company she worked for!

Can't complain. Extremely adequate service, and the office was very helpful in answering many of my questions and concerns.
