My best experience dealing with a car dealership in Edmonton. I was helped by Jean. Pricing quoted is all in with no hidden fees or extra costs. Finance managers don’t push you into unnecessary products(all discretionary) . Delivery was smooth with Jean explaining everything in detail. Cash price vs finance price is same. Cam is a very good senior manager. I honestly recommend this dealership. Trust me as I had very bad experiences with some other dealerships.

First time ever going to Derrick Dodge and what a great experience! It was the first dealership on our list so no expectations, just helping our son car shop! The staff was super friendly and helpful, we didn’t need to go anywhere else on the list! They really did such good work to try to find the right car for my son that we ended up walking away with not only a Hellcat for him but we loved the Challenger as well so we got another for us! I had the best experience here a few days ago.About two months ago I got my car serviced to fix the sensors that detect tire pressure. A few days ago I had to bring my car back to get new sensors entirely and my experience here was amazing. Ed was the lovely gentleman who had helped me, he was very accommodating and talked me through every step of the way; he even loaned me a wonderful vehicle while mine was getting fixed. Ed had kept me in the loop the whole time, I never felt as though I was going to pick up my car not knowing what was being done (which I’ve experienced at other places).When my car was ready I went to pick it up and practically found a new vehicle. The team there had removed a large scratch (along with other smaller ones) free of charge and included a complementary car wash as well. I felt like I wasn’t just picking up my vehicle but a new one entirely.Overall the experience I had here has surpassed any experience I’ve ever had while getting my car serviced. The environment is very welcoming (a lady was also present who was the absolute sweetest although unfortunately I never got her name), you don’t feel the dread of going to get your car serviced, instead you feel calm and at ease, everyone is so quick to help making sure you don’t wait too long without having spoken to a representative.I will 100% be coming back here in the future for any car service needs. My husband contacted Derrick Dodge about a vehicle we were interested in for our family. He first talked to Kyle who was very knowledgeable and helpful. It did take some time to finalize the details of our purchase because the vehicle we wanted was already requested. However, Kyle made sure another one exactly the same was located for us. My husband then spoke with someone in the finance department and negotiated some terms, which were not being met. After some back and forth that I was brought into, with Kyle’s awesome help, we talked to the general manager Tyson who listened and made things right for us. Jade from the finance department did amazing work on our behalf. We are from Calgary and were unable to pick up the vehicle right away so Kyle and Jacob were sent to deliver the vehicle to us. We experienced outstanding service from this team and send our thanks! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Derrick Dodge for the purchase of our family vehicle.

Just recently bought a car from Derrick Dodge and it was a great experience. Kyle taught me all about the features of the car and some helpful hints, couldn’t have been happier with his service. Anish was my salesman and hit it out of the ballpark, he gave me all the information I needed and made the process go very smoothly and Sydney from the finance office was excellent.

Me and my Husband showed up not knowing they were closed Andrew and Moe sorry if I spelled it wrong LOL . Had no problem inviting us in and showed us what we were looking for. We went home to think then the next day we went back and Andrew had some trucks to show us well his professionalism and knowledge got us into a dog ram 2022 1500 classic SLT crew cab.Also, Jade in financing is wonderful to deal with too !!!!The truck was delivered tonight by Andrew.Go to Derrick dodge and ask for Andrew.You won't be disappointed.

I was looking for a large family New SUV and called this Derrick Dodge dealership where I luckily reached Kyle. He was absolutely really helpful in figuring out the best fit for me and my family. I did have some issue with a member of the financing department. However, Kyle connected me to the general manager, Tyson who with the help of Jade in the financing department, the issue was solved and I continued with my purchase. In my situation with my work schedule, I was unable to pick up the vehicle in Edmonton. However my vehicle was delivered to my address in Calgary by Kyle and Jacob who were rockstars. They took the time to talk with my wife and I and walk us through all the features of the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership through my experience. Everyone mentioned delivered outstanding service for my family. We are more than happy with our purchase and would refer our family and friends to this dealership in the future.

What a great experience at this dealership, the professionalism and open communication was top notch. Typically dealerships have a lot of negative stereotypes but coming here we were welcomed with a warm greeting and treated with the utmost care. They were attentive to our needs and what we were looking for and I can’t thank Andrew, Sebastian and Mo enough for all they did for us. We are so pleased with our new truck and even more so with how great our experience was. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new truck to come here, I’m sure in a couple years we will be back to get another vehicle. One of the things that really stood out to me was how much I they care for there customers and will bend over backwards to find the best deal possible for you as buying a vehicle can be a hefty price.
