They delivered the bin the next day. Even thought they didn't have the right size, they delivered a bigger one and asked me to only fill it 2/3rds. I like working with businesses that value customer service over petty details. Of course, I respected their request (integrity goes both ways) and they collected the bin without any question on the day they promised to do so. Great experience all around.

Easy to work with, no hassle, on time. I tried to get a dumpster within 2 days notice, most places had no pricing online and did not have live representatives, only answering machines, so kudos to BTDT for availability. The delivery driver laid wood under the bin to protect the asphalt and had no problem navigating a tight street. The bin did not have rusty latches or misaligned doors, so it was easy to open and close. If you need to know you got the best price possible, book well in advance and be prepared for alot of callbacks, otherwise I would recommend BTDT.

Excellent service, all the way from their prompt response to my early enquiries and the ensuing communications throughout the process. The dumpster was carefully deposited on our (expensive) paved driveway and removal was just as efficient and painless. I filled a bin about 1/2 full of wood from an old deck (see picture; that's the full load). After it was removed, I was informed that this load weighed 3.7 tonnes (3,700 kilograms). Extra charges for weight drove up the bill from the initial $526 estimate (including 1 tonne) to $892.UPDATE: After reviewing their information, talking to the driver who picked up the bin to verify the contents, and viewing my picture, the company agreed that there must have been an error and has refunded the weight charge while they look into it:...we are still waiting to hear back from the landfill site on the weight bill. We recently did some landscaping and used BTDT Ottawa to haul away our clean fill. We needed a second bin the following day (July 1) and they delivered it surprisingly on a stat holiday, first thing in the morning! We were grateful as we underestimated how much fill we would generate. The drivers were professional, and responsive. Our bin was quickly picked up when full. I obtained a large size dumpster for a weekend cleanup. I called on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day and as requested was picked up the following Monday. Excellent service. Cost was in keeping with the industry standard. I would use this company again.
