Went into the Brantford location to see in person some of the Doorcrasher deals advertised for the weekend of March 10-13. Chasity was a dream to work with, let me browse on my own, invited me to make myself comfortable and judge for myself with a couple of the models I had shown her, checking in periodically to see how I was making out.Made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. Super excited for delivery day!!

The entire experience from walking in the door to making a purchase was completely painless. The Store Manager greeted us and guided us through the store making mild recommendations but never came off as pressuring is to choose, upgrade or overspend. We will definitely be back to this location again as it was among the best customer service/sales visits I have made in a very long time!!

The Brantford store location has been extremely great during our last 2 visits. The Sales Team including Chris, Katelyn and Manager Curtis were very easy to work with. Great experience and would recommend your next purchase to have them at the top of your list to visit.

Haven’t had delivery yet for my new furniture but my experience in the store with Andrew was top notch. He was very helpful and patient while we made our decision. He also made sure that we got the best possible price. He went above and beyond. I would definitely buy from Andrew again.

I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the representative Kris allowed me to look around, answered my questions and did not pressure to purchase.I decided to shop other stores Kris politely gave me his card and said well if you decide to come back “I’m here” with a friendly goodbye!I came back to purchase not only because of quality & price but the way I was treated… Bravo!!

Kaitlyn at the Brantford Ashley was so helpful and walked us through all the bed options for our daughter. She was very responsive as well. Turn around time after the order was very quick. The bed quality is amazing and our daughter is so happy.I also loved the delivery truck tracker so I knew when to expect my delivery.

professional, friendly and willing to deal a bit to make a sale. Unfortunately there delivery company is terrible , sent me text that my order was in and too choose a delivery option. No options provided and phone number was not connected! Store said they would call me with delivery info which they didn’t. Finally called and navigated the gauntlet of customer service to get the date and then never received a time within 48 hours. Delivery showed up without 1 hour pretext for time, very disappointed with delivery company. Set looks great!!
