They have been Great to deal with. Dealt with another water Company for years but had to make a switch to Amazon due to the fact the other Company has had a lot of changes and the people in charge have no idea what they are doing. Try to call to speak with a Manger at the other company and he is never around he is always in Calgary and that is where he is from as what i have been told.At least Amazon has the right people in place to speak to when there is an issue.

Worst customer service, their deliveries are never on time (we haven't had water in over a month). Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Apparently Amazon Springs merged with Coffee Co Ltd. so when you call for any inquiries/info - someone in Montreal answers and they are so rude. I had one of them hang up on me because I asked to speak to her manager. Needless to say, we switched to a different water provider.

Experienced the same service as others of billing issues, many delivery issues. With the change of management it is a disaster of organization. Head office and the local office do not communicate. Plus if you happen to use their, user friendly" online account for managing your account and deliveries

Not that long ago Amazon Springs was purchased by Aqua Terra in Eastern Canada.Shortly after the purchase, the call centre was moved from St Albert to somewhere in Ontario or Quebec. They can't seem to be able to get their billing straight.. they constantly make mistakes by sending me a paper bill (charging $2.00 per bill) when they have my credit card on file. When I called to complain, they would apologize and say that it was a computer billing error. They now will only deliver once a month instead of every two weeks. Clearly, this company is destined to be on the 50 Worst Canadian Companies list!

BEST TASTING WATER HANDS DOWN. Anyone who tries the water at our home or office comments on just how good it is. Only place around Edmonton that i was able to find reasonably priced spring water with Zero PPM Fluoride. People talking poorly about the customer service is concerning to me as I've personally called in 10+ times for various requests resulting in nothing but positive experiences.

It used to be a 5 because of their great customer service when they were Got Water but a few things have happened over the last year. 1. They moved from their location on 50th Street which was convenient to me to drop off and pick up water.2. Last bill they have now started to charge for delivery = to the same price as a bottle that could be picked up locally.3. There was no notice that they were going to add this charge.#too expensive now for me as the delivered bottle water is double the price already that I could pick up elsewhere.

All was great until the local company was taken over by an eastern company. Billing mistakes almost regularly, leaking bottles every other delivery and they changed the number of bottles to be delivered without notice from us. Called today to cancel the account and asked for an email to confirm that all was being taken care of - they cannot send out emails, can only send interoffice emails. I truly feel sorry for the people working for the call center of this company!
