Costco Tire Center

I am a HUGE supporter of COSTCO and have always been happy with their stores and services...That said, I assumed buying tires from their tire shop would be just as easy and accommodating as their other in store services...nope!The guy at the tire desk was surprisingly rude and condescending from the moment I arrived. It was like I was bothering him to buy tires? Getting information from him was like pulling teeth!I regret giving them my business for this service. If the regular store management oversees this department, it might be time to take a look at how they interact with customers. It will be my last tire purchase from COSTCO, I'm sure there are local shops that would appreciate the business.

Terrible service that's impossible to use. They won't let you book tire changes in store. The guy straight up told me NO.It's upsetting that you pay for a membership service you can't use!

Don't go here if you care about your car, they are a car butcher shop. They stripped my oil pan drain plug, and pretended they weren't responsible for it. I eventually after a couple weeks got a check to fix the oil pan, but what a pain they made that, Mr Micheal was suppose to call me multiple times but never did.

The service people are all really nice, it is a shame all they can do is rebook you and not actually put tires on.

Terrible service, seem to not care about customers. Rarly answer phone and no one seem to care about the customer.

They called me multiple times to ask if I would do my appt earlier after I booked, if I could do it earlier wouldn't I have booked it earlier?They shipped the tires to the store and the rims to me. Just why?It was rocket science trying to understand what you're supposed to do in regards to getting the tires installed once you buy them, I don't understand why they don't just ship the tires and rims to the store and call you once they're ready to be picked up?The first and last time I will ever buy tires from Costco.

Tires were reasonably priced. Appointment was easy to book. Staff was helpful and courteous.

They never answer the phone and in person had a bad attitude, terrible service!
