We hired Miranda to be our coordinator for our October 2022 wedding and she was absolutely fantastic! Getting married at the Elora Mill, the venue provided great support prior and day-of, but we wanted to ensure that we had additional help with set-up, tear down and anything else that popped up. Miranda definitely exceeded our expectations -- not only was she available throughout the planning process whenever I had a question or wanted to chat something through, but she was really there for us week-of and day-of to ensure we could just ENJOY our day, making everything come to life seamlessly. She also was just the LOVELIEST human & so kind. Many of our family & friends commented on how fantastic Miranda was -- we would truly recommend her to anyone planning!Thank you so much, Miranda for everything! We feel so lucky to have had your support during our wedding planning journey and feel grateful to have gotten to know you!

Where do I even begin? 5+ stars!!! My husband and I knew that Miranda was a perfect match to assist us with our special day as our day of wedding coordinator from the very beginning that we spoke with her. She is extremely professional, optimistic, helpful, executes every task and is the sweetest soul. She helped make our special day absolutely flawless from the bigger details to the fine details that didn’t even cross our minds. She also helped keep me calm and I truly felt like I had known her forever. Miranda is someone who I would highly recommend! We are so thrilled that she was part of our wedding on September 6, 2019. Not only was she our day of coordinator but someone who I can say I’ve developed a friendship with too! Thank you for absolutely everything, Miranda, you are a total gem!

Miranda made our lives so much more relaxed! Our wedding day went smoothly, and a great amount of that is thanks to Miranda. She was easy to work with in the beginning, organized, and flexible with our needs. She coordinated with all our vendors to make sure things run smoothly. On the wedding day she was constantly checking in with us to see what we needed! I highly recommend working with Miranda!

Miranda is phenomenal and hiring her for your wedding is the best decision you could make. She’s organized and takes the stress off of your shoulders. I lost my speech right before I was about to say it and when I told her she pulled out her iPad where she had my speech saved and ready for me. I was blown away. At the hall, the decor company didn’t set up as discussed but Miranda fixed it all before I got there. She knew exactly what I wanted in terms of decor just from our previous discussion and made the adjustments. Thank you so much Miranda!!

Miranda was such an amazing day-of coordinator! Miranda was great with any last minute changes and helped us stick to our schedule. Everyone who was involved in the planning of our day raved about Miranda all night.Highly recommend :)

Hiring Miranda was the BEST decision we ever made! Miranda gets right there in the action and does what she can to help. She is so organized too – and she really knows what she is doing! You do not have to worry about anything on the day of your wedding! We just loved her! And her prices are amazing!We had a lot of decor to work with and Miranda helped set it all up. She brought my new husband and I hot apple cider while we were doing some bridal shots outside (I was cold!) along with some appetizers during cocktail hour. I started to hit a wall right before dinner and she went to our dinner buffet and got us food! She also set up décor and at the end of the night, packed us all up and when I got home and in the next few days after the wedding, she packed us up so well-everything was accounted for. She understood how we organized everything and she was our mind reader and at our beck and call. She really was our Champion of the night! She also gave us prompts for time and was great at communicating with the venue, our ceremony performers and our DJ. I have no idea what I would have done without her but honestly, please consider hiring wedding day coordinator. Best money you will ever spend! You save on time with loved ones and time to actually sit back and enjoy your wedding. At one point, I was alone at my head table eating my food that Miranda brought me and just looking at everyone and enjoying my views. I could not have done that without her- the venue staff were great at my wedding but it’s not the same. Miranda has you and only you on her mind and she takes care of you! There aren't enough words to express how invaluable Miranda was in making our wedding day as flawless as possible. It was an impulse decision to get a day-of-coordinator for our wedding and now I recommend them to anyone who's getting married.On our special day, there were a thousand things that Miranda thought of that my husband and I had completely forgotten. Miranda is thoughtful, meticulous, organized and assertive - everything that a good wedding coordinator is supposed to be.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone planning an important event - you won't regret it!

We hired Miranda back in November 2021 for our April 2023 wedding. I remember from our first phone call I knew we could work well together. I remember signing our contract pretty quickly because I was afraid she would suddenly be unavailable for our wedding date that was literally 1.5y from then. I looked at other coordinators as well but the chemistry wasn't there and I wasn't convinced that someone else could do it than Miranda!I'm very much a Type A bride and I love decorating for small events as well. I didn't feel the need hiring a decorator or a planner because I felt that I could do it myself. Our reception was at Ancaster Mill who provided amazing support as well, but I wasn't sure either who was gonna execute all my decor ideas and the logistics on the day-of.Throughout the planning process I got to send random texts to Miranda just to rant and get advice. She was amazing in doing so. She was definitely more than a day-of coordinator to me leading up to the day.She provided us a questionnaire and I did go very detailed on it and she executed everything perfectly. We also had 2 phone meetings leading up to the wedding and it was great to go over things together.On the day-of she did everything without a hitch. I arrived at the ceremony location early and parked further out to avoid guests seeing me. She found me and checked in with how I was feeling which was great.She set up the decor EXACTLY as how I had envisioned. She made the adjustments that were needed to make it look even better than my mock-ups. We asked her to set up our place cards and menu that we had already organized into each table, candles, dessert table, and our receiving table.I got so many comments from friends and family that she seemed like a superwoman running around, and indeed she was! Many of them were even outstanded that she was a one woman show who set everything up. The day went by PERFECTLY. She was there giving us prompts of when the next speech was, prompting those involved to get ready as well.Miranda was really the unsung hero of our wedding and throughout the wedding process. She felt like the one on our side when we had minor inconveniences with vendors. I truly hope she does this for a long time! Thank you Miranda for helping our dreams come to life in this wedding!

If I could give higher than a 5 star I would! We had originally hired Miranda as our Day of Coordinator for our Halloween wedding but due to covid we ended up changing our package to set up only. From our first phone call I could tell that the weddings are more than just a business to her, that she cares about her couples. Miranda was always just an email away. She was so kind and extremely understanding! On the day of the wedding Miranda was in contact with me from the moment she arrived at the venue to when she left. I had only provided a few specific instructions and told her to wing the rest and she did an amazing job, everything turned out perfectly! We did not get to have her as our day of coordinator, but I know she would have excelled, she is everything you want and need on your wedding day. Organized, positive, professional, and just the sweetest person! 10/10 I would recommend her. You will not regret having Miranda as part of your wedding team!

Miranda was outstanding! After our first introduction call, we knew she was the perfect fit. Miranda's extremely organized and made us feel at complete ease leading up to our big day - we hired her for day-of coordination. She was so attentive throughout the entire day and evening - if any of our family members made eye contact with her, she would immediately come to us and be there to answer any questions or ask if we needed anything.Thank you for being an absolute dream, Miranda!
