I have purchased from Auction Mongers in multiple auctions. I have received delivery and I have picked up my items. All dealings with them has been positive and I have received excellent service in all aspects. The gentlemen at the loading docks for pick ups are helpful and friendly. You cannot ask for better service!

Great values on merchandise. Once had an item incorrectly labeled, customer service was quick to correct the issue. I use both the shipping and pickup options. The staff are always friendly and helpful! Been buying for a year now and I recommend Auction Mongers to all my friends and family!

I purchased an office chair from them and did not realize it was fully assembled. They called to let me know that shipping would be more than I paid for the chair. They called back and said they would disassemble the chair which cut the cost of shipping in half. Not many places are going to do that. Good deals and great customer service!

Excellent experience with this online auction company. A courteous gentleman personally contacted me to confirm shipping arrangements. Items were delivered in good time, packed well. This is not my experience with all online auction companies, making this one exceptional in comparison. Good customer service is important to Auction Mongers.

Very well run auctions. Staff and management are helpful and courteous. I have bought many various item here from time to time.They even called me one time when my pickup window date had almost expired. Now that's customer service !I will continue to enjoy Auction Mongers and in fact have to go pick up what I won on the last auction !Thanks !

I’ve dealt with a lot of online auctions over the past couple of years and Auction Mongers is superior over all others I’ve experienced. They respond to email enquires promptly. Real ppl actually answer your phones. You list your items honestly. The quality of your merchandise is great and I’m greeted by nice, efficient ppl at the shipping/receiving dock. Their pick up hours are more reasonable than what others are. My only wish is that they open later maybe one day a week or every other Saturday.Keep up the good work.

most off items have been very good , some fair , a couple that i can recall , the canopy I received , the bag carrier was well damaged ,and no instructions. 2) received wrong size of furnace filters , i did get a refund thanks but cost me a trip back 2 1/2 hrs and about three hundred kilometres in gas, one more i member, a water cooler said little damage , when i took it out of box . the bottom of cooler with the motor fell out almost completely, i still have it tried to fix , waste of time, just waiting to get rid off it with a total lost of fund paid? so if i may suggest please have a better description, of item , damage and if items are missing.

The team there always provides the most help when picking up my items and when I had to get items shipped, they provided me with a courtesy phone call to review the shipping charges.
