Worst prices on the planet ! On a part I purchased down the road for 68$ lordco ( Ryan ) want 168$ so you can go rip off other people cuase I will never shop at lordco again,. You zero stars out of 5 .Garbage products sold be by garbage people

Connor at the counter desk . Has tge patiance. I left the phone to deal with a customer. CONNOR stayed on the line with dead air untill i came back. He was also the kindest person i javr ever hward on tge pgone. CONNOR is an asset to the company. Please keep him.

Great selection, staff are pretty good. However, I wish they carried more made in the US or Canada products. The offshore quality is just not there sometimes, so I at least wish I had the option to buy the quality product even though it costs more.

I had my time wasted by a very unhelpful and rude/condescending employee. Simply put, they said ordering a part would take months to arrive where as a competitor would have the part within a few days.

The manager initially gave me the wrong parts and info. The store later wouldn't make an effort to have another part held at another location . Returned a couple days later and was met with disappointing customer service. Also, no apology for the inconvenience (just shrugged shoulders). Didn't match a competitors pricing after the fact. if you live in the area, I suggest Westcan, specifically the one by Ikea. I think they enjoy their job a little more and give appropriate customer service. Also, had no issue holding a part for me at another location.Gave 2 starts cause the kid at the till was alright.

I bought something, felt condescended to and talked down as well. Called and had the person hear me out and apologize. Not the worst place, but not the best. When entering this space dont be afraid to assert yourself and tell people off. Otherwise it's ok.
