Majed was very helpful in helping my parents decide on which car to go with. He was very patient with all of my dad's questions and requests. He was able to ease any concerns they had. The whole team at Mainland Ford took care of us from start to finish. Majed even made the effort of putting a bow and balloons on the car to make it a surprise for my mom. We recently leased a car, Ford F150 from Mainland Ford, and it was an outstanding experience. Joanne in the Sales and Leasing Department was amazing and provided us with great customer service. She honestly answered all of our questions and offered a great leasing price for the vehicle. Joanne was amazing in completing the paperwork with the help of the finance representative. I would highly recommend Joanne if you are looking for a new vehicle at Mainland Ford.

Most of my deal was okay, car was delivery on time, car was clean, was promised a cheque of 1k$ that was part of the deal, was supposed to be ready in a week, but has been over 3 weeks, and every time I call, they say they will call back and I never receive any calls to follow up or any update, i went there 3 times and they say same thing every time, but nothing yet, just don't see a fair reason for a small cheque to take so long, besides that the sales man disappeared, also he told my wife and i that we could leave with the car and that we had 3 months to think if that's the right car for us, and if wasn't we just need to come back and we could look for another car, yesterday the financing guy said this isn't true. Also i have the feeling every time i come after we bought the car in to the dealership that no one is there to help if im not buying a car. I do not recommend any one to make business in here.

I have been to a few dealerships before this one but I chose to order from Paras at this location because of this kind service!He answered all my questions very nicely. He regularly provided the updates on the order while I was waiting for the car. He usually gets back to you pretty quickly. He also showed me how to set up my new vehicle when I finally got it!Bob from Finance was also helpful. Walking me through the whole purchase process and showing me all protection services they offer! I got genuine advices from him.I highly recommend those two guys!

Very straight forward. Frank in Service took care of my car and did a great job at communicating. Even charged my car.They have fast service appointments. Get in touch and find out how they can help. I wasn't too keen with the sales side, very dismissive of my questions.

I just brought my first car in Canada from Ford mainland. Majed and chris are so cool and helpful they do everything to get my first car the process is simple and fast. I really had a good experience with them and also recommend to other to visit you buy car or not thats your decision but they provide the best deal and services which you gonna definitely love it and as a person Majed is humble and frank Totally love it my 1st experience !!!

I leased a truck from them and were cheatingly added $7200+ lease charge on the final bill. When I ask what that is, the salesman, Richard, retail and fleet manager, told me that's interest. I was not able to do the math that fast to find out the mean trick. When I finally found it out, the salesman refused to explain. I have found another guy was cheated in a similar way. Anyone who was cheated at this store, please contact me at fall2020wang at gmail. We hope to file a group lawsuit against these dishonest sales. This should be fun.

This was such a wonderful experience at Mainland Ford! The team was amazing and they applied such a personal touch. We were able to get a vehicle for a very good price and in a timely manner especially with the chip shortage. Majed and Erfan were exceptional in their care and made everything smooth from ordering to delivery! 10/10

Overall experience was great although I waited for more than a year but its worth the wait. Received my very first ever Hybrid Maverick and I will say that I'm very please. Special thanks to Majed the sales agent who walk me through from start until I finally got my truck. He never missed to update me with anything regarding my truck. Truly appreciated his great effort.
