The staff in the dementia department are so abusive to the new staff I wouldn't never work there they lie they will take your self of steam away they will report falls accusations they abuse the power of the work place policy they steal from the resident body wash and shampoo they let the resident dry up there sink till they bleed they let them eat there meals with feces on there resident hand who is the neglectful now it wasn't me because I clean up after them before each meals

The care that you would expect, or have been promised, is totally lacking. Simply put, a lot of lip service. The basic necessities are sometimes the only care they provide. Be prepared to be your loved ones main care provider.

Disgusting that they will violate residents rights. Human beings that cannot speak for themselves being denied the POAs to come into their own home!Staff is good some are great! However the management and organization aswell as communication in this place is a disgrace!!
