I dealt with this agency from a buyer's POV. The sellers used them as their agency and they were useless They never replied to my agent nor to their own clients. this almost caused the sale to fall through. In the end my agent prepared the paper work for the sellers. Also take note that they deleted all their old reviews which were mostly negative. That should tell you all you need to know about them. avoid.

Do not deal with Garry Malakhanian. He helps his clients to cover and undeclare hidden faults in the property. Also he provides illegitimate and misleading consultations.Unprofessional communications and seeks commission only

Very welcoming and courteous staff. Had a meeting with a real estate broker in that office; while I was waiting for them the receptionist kindly offered me coffee and snacks. Also had a very good experience with the real estate broker. Would definitely recommend their services!
