BA Hotel

Anyone else having issues getting their deposit back? They said they canceled it and would be back on bank card 10-12 days but it’s been like 20+ days and never had this happen I’ve been visiting and staying in hotels for over 4 years and always get deposit as soon as I check out whenever I travel ? And price is a little expensive for the type of hotel they have , an there was a lot of smashed up cars in parking lot not sure what that was about , but other then this tiny issue my stay was ok

I advise everyone to stay away from that dump and the service is just as bad as the rooms

Worst hotel I ever stayed. When I checked in I went to my room and I noticed how my bathroom was (dirty as hell) when to the front desk I talked to the person and she said to change my room or send the lady to clean. I was there for business purposes and I was late already I explained the I was late and she said to come back after my meeting. So I did talk to the desk after but it was like 12:30 am, the person who was there was rude to me and no help at all, he said to late to complain or do something about itI said I did not want to sleep in those beds as they had stains as well and bathroom still so dirty, never ever since something like that. I was very disappointed so I checked out at that time, never used the room and he still made me to pay the full amount, I paid my room and I left, had to drive with my family at 1 am from there to Calgary and come back next morning as I had to go back to my business meeting. Try to speak with someone by phone, email and they didn't want to give me my money back as they said it was my fault because I didn't fix the matter in the moment of check in... Worst experience ever. They did not care about me paying, driving back to Calgary, next day driving back to Red Deer. Don't go there, avoid this place. My friend stayed there same day and he was showering and black water came back with hair. I was happy to take the decision to leave at that night. Horrible experience, don't go there

This place is awful. Even if the room was free for my trip next time I wouldn’t stay. Looks like it is apart of the apocalypse. Doors look like they have been kicked in. Abandon car in the middle of parking lot. Not clean, locks on door were bad.

Dirty, humid not a great experience. Try using a mr clean magic eraser and clean a tub. Wont be back sorry. Wanted to try a mom and pop hotel. Will stay at holiday inn next time.

We had a family stop in Red Deer as they were visiting Alberta to explore.They had the best experience of their trip. The hospitality is top notch.Kids had too much fun. It was a home away from home just more luxurious and accommodating.Always recommend this to our friends and family to have the first hand experience.Thank you BA Hotel for making their trip to Alberta a memorable one

Room was not even clean at all! Hair on the shower wall, urine around the toilet and even a half used bar of soap in the shower. Disgusting time of check out couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to talk to so just left the room card and got out of there.
