Dartmouth used Appliances kivu

Not sure about the other reviewers saying this guy is honest… here’s my story. I’d give a zero if I could.Purchased a fridge from them with a 90 day warranty 454 dollars all fine and dandy, they bring me the fridge it, turns out it has same problem as my fridge ( water collecting in crisper / not cold in fridge ) they take my fridge, not sure what they did with it but I assume it went to the warehouse to be fixed and sold to another poor soul,They send a repair man up who I am positive is not a repair man ( someone who works inside the company )They said it was fixed, it was not, so they bring me another fridge, take the fridge out, loaded it into the truck. The new fridge did not fit, they had to lug it back out. Took both fridges leaving me with none. Brought it back an hour later and left me with that one intill they found another fridge for me. 2 MORE fridges later guys and he is refusing just to send a proper repair man to fix it, says he cannot send someone who is outside the company.90 day warranty on the receipt that they will not obey by,I had to get my own repair man today. The fridge they sold me for 454 dollars had a bad heating element and defrost timer.I only got a repair man after he said he could not send his guys up to fix it anymore.The repair bill was almost just as much as the fridge itself.They will not give me my money back: they will not help me with this bill.They will not return my old fridge and take their fridge, and give me my money back.

I had gotten a stove with a broken burner, and a fridge freezer missing 2 shelves, he came by to replace the stove a few days later and the shelves were replaced soon after and at the end of the day, everything was pretty much as good as new much cheaper and quicker than you'd get new for, very happy for the product and the experience.

They were super helpful getting me what I needed and the prices were more than fair. Thanks again!
