After going to and calling 4 different Marine's for a oil reservoir cap for my Mercury Sport Jet 210 and being told they were on back order for 2 weeks, the very helpful young woman at the front desk at Tim's took my name and the part number down and called me back soon after letting me know they had a used one in stock for a very fair price.I jumped in the truck and drove 3 hours round trip to get it. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and taken care of right away by 2 very nice young ladies. Very clean and well organized building. Well worth the 3 hour drive.THANK YOU SO MUCH TIM'S OUTBOARD FOR SAVING THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND FOR MY FAMILY AND MYSELF! Had her all ready for the boat parade because of you. These folks are excellent to work with, honest and fair. I have a 1990 20 hp Evinrude that wasn't pull starting well at a nearby resort. They walked me through a diagnosis and gave me a used and new part option that I could install myself. They used part is still working great 1 year later. Highly recommend!

Needed some parts including carburetor and possibly intake manifold for a 1999 Johnson 25hp to 30hp conversion. Called many places up and down the east coast and into the Midwest with no luck. Decided to call the place in the middle of lake country Minnesota. Sure enough I struck it lucky and found Tim's Outboard. They are extremely helpful, patient and reasonably priced. Fast shipping.

We called everywhere that was around us (Clearwater) no one had our parts we needed to get our boat motor ready for the lake. Called this place and they had literally everything we needed and more! I've bought things from this place for over 30 years I think. This was the first time I actually went to the store and I'm glad I did. I would have gotten the wrong part if they had shipped it.

Needed an odd part for a 68 Johnson and they had it. Gave me a great price. These guys do great work and they have done work for the family and have proven honest and true.

Tim's was a fun experience! Not only did they have the obscure choke part for an old Mercury outboard, they had it in two varieties. Since we weren't sure which we needed, we bought both. And the price was right.The young lady at the counter was cheery and fun, and the young man at the parts desk knew his stuff!Beautiful store and clean as a whistle for a used parts place.
