My boyfriend got a set of 4 tires for a reasonable price with a great protection plan and they were on the truck within an hour and a half. All the staff was friendly and customer service was great! I got given a flower before we left which made my day a little brighter!

I was very impressed with The guys at Tireland. They provided quick professional service at a time when I desperately needed help. I broke down in the pouring rain in Qualicum, having to have my Jeep towed somewhere,, I chose this repair shop because I had tried them a few times before and they beat all other prices and were very kind and honest. As a single lady who knows very little about mechanics, I felt assured my Jeep was in good hands. I send all my friends to Tireland because I trust them more than any other shop in the Comox Valley.Donnalee

They were impressive. They fixed my tire as soon as I arrived there and the mechanic did repair, replacement, and installation all efficiently and also did testing for other tires too. I commented about their hard work, the owner said everything is free because he is pleased after hearing appreciation. I purchased the tires there before. But I almost wanted to pay for tips and wanted to pay for their great service, but the owner didn't want to receive any! Having a flat tire on the road is no fun experience but after this experience, it made my day happier!

This shop did our front brakes. On the very first trip after the vehicle came out of there the front end was soo hot both hubcaps were lost. After jacking it up, it was seized and undrivable. It cost us thousands of dollars in additional repairs and towing..Stay away, no quality control here.

Great service when buying tires, not so great when they follow up with the free tire rotation service

Hello. My wife took her Nissan xtrail in to have small hole repaired in exhaust system. They quoted her a ridiculous amount of $1500 to replace the whole thing. Which we had fixed for $100At another shop. Then RICK charged $75 to diagnose check engine light. Which they said was due to the hole in tail pipe.Total B.S. The owner Rick and sidekick T.C don't seem to mind ripping off seniors or women who have little knowledge of auto repairs. RICK even threatened me with violence and locked the dr. Until bill was paid when questioned about the bill amount Very unprofessional. CAUTION Be aware and avoid this Bussines.

Myself and my family have used tire land in the past with fairly decent service but that changed today.I went in looking to get my tires swapped out with some new ones I scored on face book as the guy bought them but sold his car so didn’t need them. I told the manager I got them off face book and considered “used”. Right away I wasn’t getting good costumer service as he asked for a wheel lock and I said I didn’t know if my car had one. Continued to walk into shop while rolling his eyes chuckling. Awkwardly leaving the building I new that this was going to be a hassle.My son and I went to the park that was conveniently near by for about and hr and a half.When we returned I noticed the tires aren’t swapped and the manager says we don’t install new tires you buy from other vendors. Disregarding what I had told him previously.No sorry no nothing hand me my keys and doesn’t say anything..This is also a month after I brought my sister in to get 900 buck worth of tires and myself getting a tire rotation.If your looking for lacklustre customer service this is the place for you!Sorry Tireland never again!

Owner drove away with my key after replacing my tires. Apparently he doesn’t own a phone so no way of getting in touch with him. Now stuck at their shop, hoping he will return sometime today so I can drive my vehicle again. Horrible, horrible experience with Tireland Courtenay. I recommend staying away from this business!!!

I stumbled on Tireland by complete luck! I found a nail in my tire and had to get back to Vancouver. Rick was an absolute doll. I wish this business was in Vancouver! I am telling all my Courtney Pals about this business. Thanks Rick and TC!!! You guys saved my bacon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
