The secretary and the plumbers were very pleasant to deal with. The plumbers were able to diagnose the problem and were able to efficiently fix it. We would definitely call on them again.

We used mr. Rooter Plumbing for the second time in the last few years. The young man who came was excellent. We have an old house with a small mud floored crawl space. He was able to get into it and find the problem and fix it, a broken pipe. He also found a second leak, which he was able to fix promptly. Once again I have to say, I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Chilliwack.Cam was phenomenal. He was professional and friendly and made a real effort to figure out what was wrong with our kitchen sink. He went so far as to crawl under the house, into a horrible crawlspace, to check all the pipes. He gave me great options for a new tap, and was very quick and getting it and putting it in. I Would highly recommend this service.

Our backyard faucet burst and flooded the downstairs bathroom and office. Mr. Rooter responded to my voicemail and had a technician scheduled within 24 hours. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Rooter also sent an email with the name and picture of the technician which was great as we then knew who to expect. Josh was absolutely amazing. He had the problem, assessed, diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I would highly recommend Josh and Mr. Rooter!

Replaces plumbing and push drain for new sink in bathroom. Professional and efficient. A little pricey.

appreciate the job and it was done well, but the cost is high for the two hours the tec was here working.

We had Cam Arnold out for a full bathroom gut and reno at our home in November. He removed all the old plumbing fixtures including an old metal tub. The finished product is absolutely stunning. He works well under pressure, always a pleasure to deal with, and extremely personable. A master of his trade with vast knowledge in multiple other trades. Thanks again for the amazing bathroom!!

Irsh Ikbal, the project manager, was professional, and responsible. His expertise was reassuring throughout the project - which was completed in 2 days. Overall I was quite impressed with his work and his positive, encouraging relationship with his crew.I only wish that they could have leveled the yard a lot more - there is quite a hump in the middle of the yard. Unfortunately there remains a large bin in the yard, which won't be removed until next week. Only then can we address the leveling issue.

Wow, the best service I could imagine from a plumbing company. Stuck around for hours teaching me about our septic system. Going above and beyond the services I paid for. Just so impressed with the kindness and generosity.
