I am sharing a story about Tim Horton's. When you own 5 Tim Horton's Franchise and customers complain but the Owner has Attitude tell me why Would I support them again. The places in all 5 locations are untidy dirty and not well staffed trained and not trained how to provide Customer Service. I hope the Owner sees this. On the Other hand if he does from what a customer who spoke to him shared his attitude of rudeness what can one Expect. These 5 locations should be shut down. I hope another Franchise comes to show what True Customer service is.

There is usually nothing to complain about fast food because it is fast food but this branch screwed my order so bad I had to write a review. First of all, they forgot one of items. Then when I am having the chicken wrap, I see no chicken until I am done half way. And the wrap was not wrapped. All the sauces were leaking and it was almost disgusting to see the way they had made the wrap. It was basically the one sandwich maker who screwed my order. I have been Timmys customer for more than 8 years and I have never been this disappointed and frustrated. The cashier was understanding and made sure sure we got the missed item.

Service is extremely slow at drive through even when there are only a few cars. They often run out of donuts early and do not serve a sandwich an hour before they close. 15 wait for a coffee is way to long.

Worst tim horton ever , only put 1 person to the front in rush hours , the gerant nathalie has been super unrespectecfull after i asked if the guy in front was alone to serve people. Line was going outside the store. Do not recommand this tim horton , like that every single morning. 4 to 5 people fro drive throu but 1 for instore ?!? Makes no sense.December 20th , 6:39 am , will be posting news everyday

I was in the drive through for 30 min. Then realized that the wrap I ordered was wrong. I had ordered a “wrap matin saucisse et patate”. I got a “wrap matin bacon du travailleur et une patate”. I didn’t even bother returning it because I know it would’ve taken forever. With all the bad reviews on this location, I guess the owner just doesn’t care about the customers.

Robbie is the most gracious Tim Hortons Owner you shall encounter around these parts. Both Owner & staff have big smiles backed with bigger hearts which makes for a great experience. Can be quick to grab a coffee and off to work. Also you may relax, enjoy your order and converse with some quality people.

was waiting for my order for like 10 minutes when the place was empty. had 3 employees infront of me and the manager refused to take my order because i had a hard time understanding him.the other employees were very nice though, even if they were mid-closing and in a bit in a rush to clean things. other than that they were quite speedy with my order and it tasted how timmies is supposed to taste: good enough.

I find that the drive through takes up most of the employee's time, my friend and I were just kind of standing there waiting to be served. We almost walked out.

My online order was 15 minutes later then I requested, was not able to order assorted muffins or donuts in the app but selection was available in store.

Made a quick stop there on a roadtrip and was hit by the nostalgia of a traditionnal Tim Hortons service! Smilings and laughs were the atmosphere when i entered! Easy, fast and delicious drinks as well! Will definatly be back
