Ken was a great salesman and helped us with the purchase of one of their best homespro vynl flooring - Tokyo model. However, the flooring contractor recommended by Ken was amateur and the final installed product wasn't upto the mark.1. During furniture move, the damaged the newly installed floor which they then replaced by gluing it down. That was the only damage control they could do. But damaging the floor was careless in the first place2. We paid around $80 per staircase. But around 3 of the stair steps were damaged during installation. The contractor also damaged the paint around the stair case which we need to repaint ourselves.3. The contractor promised to repaint the baseboards after reinstall. But instead he deducted $300 from the final payment and asked us to repaint them instead. More work for us.4. The contractor did not install the bedroom closet doors correctly. There is still a big gap in a couple of them5. The contractor made a big hole on one of the doors in the house and then deducted 150$ from the final payment to get itfixed by ourselves. Again, more work for us.6. And during the time their work, there were cigarettes buds around the house disposed by them which we had to clean ourselves.7. And finally, some part of the flooring isn't installed properly and make a noise when we walk on them.So even though we bought the top end model from Ken, their contractor caused us a lot of grief with their installation. I don't recommend them.
