Worst customer service ever and attitude of the employes. I Ordered a take out at 10.15pm and when i reached the restaurant the front door was closed and employee told to come through drive way to collect the order but none was there at the drive way counter. Still I waited for a while but no one came at the counter and when I returned to main door the employee came out and argued that i never came through the drive through and she was demanding me again to came through the drive through again, Though i was standing out of the hotel at chilling whether. I never understand why they keep the main door closed at 10.15 pm when the business hours ends only at 11.00pm.Colonel please provide customer care trainings to your employees.

Just ordered $65 worth of chicken and fries online and picked it up. Got home to find no fries, called them and then went back to store to get them . Now our chicken is cold and the children are upset.At the store I was met with questions of what is it I was waiting for, explained again but staff didn’t appear to have a clear idea of what would be expected. Tried to give me a salad but I told them I expected hot fries and even after all this standing around debating, chicken. I even had one female staff come over and ask ‘don’t you have microwave’ stating its not their fault its now cold! (Can you even imagine being asked that! ) Although it is because it wouldn’t be cold if the order had been correct.Eventually send home with fries and 3 pieces of chicken.Mistakes can happen but the total disrespect from the employees cannot be ignored. The attitudes of the argumentative staff have left me no longer hungry and assured that I will not be ordering from KFC again. In the future, I’ll be spending my money at Popeye’s!

I placed an order via drive thru, 2 box meals ordered gravy and dipping sauce never got either of them, also both meals were cold. Not impressed

Ordered a large macaroni salad with the bucket and a bunch of other extras and the macaroni salad was just over half full. Complete rip off. The gravy has zero taste now and you do not get what you pay for. Very disappointing.

University heights is a great location for fresh food and you can tell. It may take a few extra minutes for your meal but it is worth it!

We were asked to come inside for our online order despite telling them we are not wearing proper shoes/dressed properly (coz guess what they couldn’t fill up 5 drinks) WOW!
