Really nice trailers, good customer service, affordable prices. That was my experience when I rented a trailer for a day at the beginning of June.I had to haul some furniture up from Calgary, and since they were nearby, I figured I'd stop in to see what they had available. Given the towing capacity for my SUV they helped me find the right size of trailer that I could tow. When it came time to hook up, my hitch was too low, but they supplied me with a loaner hitch that fixed the situation no problem. I didn't have the right electrical on my vehicle but Kim took the time to solve that too which I really appreciated! Excellent customer service.The trailer was excellent; really clean, in great shape, and super robust. Tiedown points inside made my haul a breeze.If I have to rent a trailer again, I will definitely come back here. Super pleased with my entire experience!

Although the trailer has options that are very unique and looks like a quality trailer, i find it rather concerning that Brad was unable to accommodate a simple return phone call to ask a couple of questions about purchasing a trailer, i was informed i must go thru the whole online process of picking all options and filling out the step by step process. Now being i am from Canada and that inherently has some logistical challenges. I was unable to receive a simple phone call to solve a couple of issues , that certainly arent going to be in the questionnaire asking me what features i want. As a business owner my self i certainly would not treat my potential customers in this fashion! The whole process with the response i got in the return email, left me with a feeling of , “ We know whats best and you should just do what i am told “ certainly not how one wishes to be treated , especially as the trailer i am interested in was well into a six figure purchase.Very disappoint with how this was handled!
