I was a couple minutes late leaving the storage site and I ended up being locked inside the gates until 7am this morningThere was no 24 hour number to call to get myself and my vehicle outThen received an email this morning saying I would be charged for not locking my unit properly.I signed my agreement 2 days ago..Mixed feelings about this place and their unusual policies

They are very helpful here! It’s clean and really a great storage place. It is more expensive than other storage places for sure, but when I showed up with a truckload of stuff they had a unit available and we’re very helpful to get things done quickly. Vikram is fantastic!
