Considering one of the employees main job is to install screen protectors, they did a piss poor job. Took it off immediately once I saw the results in the sun. Buy screen protectors anywhere else.

Its a bit of a mixed review. I brought my iphone 11 pro for a display replacment and have a few thoughts.The previous bad reviews about screen protector application is something I believe they have fixed. The person working took extreme detail in applying my screen protector.Though, the display replacment was a bit of a mixed bag. They were fast, but the quality of the repair is not great. They do not have the equiptment needed to reprogram the new display which removes the display error message and enable true tone on the display. Also the display was not installed well as it was protruding out of the phone corners. The worker tried to hide it by asking for my case to install for me. replacment part quality I would say is good. Im not a display expert but it is similar to oem but touch is slightly less responsive.I wish the repair location took the time to have the proper equipment to reprogram the screen and actually used adhesive to secure the display to the phone like the manufacturer does.I give 3 stars because I see they have improved from prior issues which I value. People should know this. But the repair, more specific to apple devices was poor. seemingly good parts, at a good price, but they could use better attention to detail in the repair work being performed.I would not recommend having an I phone repaired here, but other devices and getting screen protectors would be fine. It is unfortunate that apple right to repair is so tough, but they should be upfront of what to expect when getting a phone fixed.If you made it this far reading, I hope the information was useful.

Fast and friendly but my screen protector started peeling off the very next day. I live out of town so I was out of luck. Wasted my money

I brought in 2 phones to have fixed, a Samsung Note 5 for a new battery and a Samsung Note 10 Plus for a new battery, a new screen and a new back glass.While changing out my Note 5's battery my charging port got ruined and would not charge anymore... they ordered me a replacement Note 5 but I LOST ACCESS TO ALL MY STORED DATA!!! Also the replacement took a while to come in and by the time it arrived I already left the Province and they refused to mail it to me so I had to inconvenience a friend from Manitoba to pick it up and ship it to me. They also lost my Note 5 Otterbox case which is hard to find since it's an older phone so the new one is now without a case to protect it.My Note 10 Plus had the back glass detach a day after having it replaced so I had to make a second 4 hour round trip into Winnipeg to have them redo it. The back camera glass is also loose now and moves around every time I clean it... so there's ZERO CHANCE IT'S STILL WATERPROOF. They also lost the phone case for my Note 10 Plus... They had a few cases to choose from in stock but none that were close to providing similar protection to the one I had brought it in with... the replacement one I ended up with was a pink one to boot...I can't express enough how frustrating this whole experience has been... I'm disappointed with the outcomes of BOTH my phones, and these so called repairs" COST ME OVER $500!!! AND I LOST ALL MY DATA ON THE ONE PHONE:("
