Every other vape store charges $32 for 2 genie 1200s.This store charges me 38.60. Until they can get on par with the rest of the market I will be referring friends to another shop.

Such a clean shop didn’t expect it after going to a few different vape shops in Windsor. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised and greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Nice people but no one is ever working when I come in, I have to wait like 5-10 minutes for someone to come help me. Pretty easy for someone to just steal something if they wanted to.

**So for the second time they gave me a 20mg vape instead of a 60mg I played for the 60 and I have a receipt. The first time this happened they let me exchange it for the correct vape but this time since I had opened the package, hadn't used it he refused to do the exchange and argued with me on the phone at first saying it was cus it was open then said if I had a receipt I could do the exchange so ofcourse I said great I have one. Then he goes back to oh but it's been open". Just kept making excuses to not have to fix their mistakes."

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered a pack of replacement pods from the website for $18.99 (which is already $5 more than any other place ever charged me)I still however chose to purchase it, When I get there and told him I was paying debit, he proceeded to manually put the price into the debit machine. After purchasing, i noticed he charged me $25. When I asked him why he charged me a different price he said their website prices do not represent store prices. The store is a joke, and you would 100% be better off going to literally any other store. I definitely regret giving them a shot
