We purchased a shed for our backyard, and everything about our experience was amazing. When first looking at their website it was obvious that they take pride in how their sheds/studios look, but we were equally impressed with the entire buying/installation experience. Gabriela was great to deal with for managing the job, and the installation team were super friendly and worked really hard in crazy heat to get the job done. The quality is outstanding and it looks fantastic (it’s usually the first thing people comment on when they come into our recently landscaped yard). Thank you so much! We absolutely love it!!!

We were looking to create more space for our growing family, and had the backyard space to do it, so after some research and price comparisons, Backyard Escape Studios came in as the best option for us. We emailed back and forth about the many, many questions we had, and the website was so easy to navigate to find exactly what we were looking for. I honestly imagined it would take so much longer to get our cabin installed, but I think within about a month, we had reached out, gotten a quote, answered all our questions, and figured out logistics (we handled the foundation and electrical). The installation day was honestly SO easy. They arrived on time, were so efficient getting it up and we couldn't be happier with our new backyard space! We have been wanting to add a shed in our yard for a while but we had difficulty finding a shed that we liked and that looked contemporary like our home until we came across Backyard Escapes Studios. The whole team at Backyard Escape Studios was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From initial discussions on potential shed options, through design, build and installation, every step was simple and communication was excellent. Our initial enquiry on a weekend was responded to the next business day, and that level of communication and responsiveness from Gabriela continued throughout the process.Best of all, the shed was completed and installed earlier than the initial schedule. The installation crew did a great job and even pointed out a very small scratch in the metal siding which occurred during install, which we wouldn't have even seen if they hadn't pointed it out. They didn't have the matching paint to fix it but promised to send a paint sample to address this, which showed up less than a week later. Since having the shed installed we've had numerous compliments on the look and quality, including from other contractors working on our backyard project.I highly recommend Backyard Escape Studios. It's not often a job leaves you 100% satisfied and pleasantly surprised, but that was the case here.

Absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Demolished the 1937 shed at the rear of the property and decided to replace it with an insulated backyard office since I’m immune-compromised and cannot travel much. Gabriela patiently led me through the process. Work crew arrived 1.5 months earlier than originally expected. Prompt, courteous and professional over two days of installation. I still have the electrical and interior decoration to do but am very happy at this stage.

I engaged Backyard Escape (BE) to build what I refer to a garden shed. The shed design they designed was exactly as I had in mind. Throughout the process (planning/construction) there were several consultations to ensure that what BE was planning conformed to my thoughts on the garden shed. Upon the agreed installation date, BE arrived promptly and proceeded to assemble the shed modules in an efficient manner. Throughout assembly the crew was considerate, courteous and efficient. Backyard Escapes delivered everything we wanted and more! Building our backyard oasis, we knew we wanted a high quality and aesthetically pleasing structure to compliment our pool and gardens. From the very first contact, Backyard Escapes treated us with the upmost professionalism. Their prompt responses and input into creative design made the design process so easy. The install was incredibly efficient (1 day and it was up) and the quality of the shed is excellent! We even had some minor troubleshooting post install and the team was back and solving problems within a day! We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. This is my third shed from this company and as usual they were (as always) incredible to work with. This particular location was challenging and it amazes me that the installation was flawless yet again with no site visit! The installers were easy going and professional even though they were working with many challenges (because of my over-sites!) most importantly, I would like to mention that these sheds are the most beautiful and sturdy space sheds anyone could have the pleasure of owning. Having a shed visible on your property when you take great care of the astetics of your property can be a little annoying! However, shed that looks like this complements the home, and of course provides a functionality that is needed. Lastly, the sheds that I put in last year as perfect as they did on day they were installed!

After completing the contact us form, Gabriela sent me my 1st quote for a 10x16 shed. I reviewed the quote but was unsure about moving forward. Gabriela patiently waited and then sent a gentle reminder to see if I was ready to place an order. Over time we went back and forth and spoke over the phone, I finally decided to buy the 10x14 size shed instead and I am so happy I did as I have a small yard and the larger shed would have overwhelmed my space. When I was ready to order I let Gabriela know that I had a GIC that would be maturing in the first week of May and she immediately advised that they would honour their Spring special even though it was due to expire on 01 May roughly 2 to 3 days before I got access to my funds. Also the installation team, Tom and Rommel, were pleasant and cleaned up before leaving and the best part was that it only took 1 day to install. This was quite an operation, it was amazing how my shed was loaded on their truck/trailer, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience and a really smooth job. Thanks for my beautiful shed.
