We ordered covid test kits and a covid package for a long term care home. It took them 48 hours for them to prepare a order of 520. Which is quick and fast. We highly recommend them.They took great care of us and they even delivered to our facility. Which was a major bonus and great time saver!They have great costs and are extremely time efficient.The customer service is beyond impeccable here.We were recommended them from another nurse manager, whom has been struggling with finding someone to get proper inventory from. Great customer service. As a Nurse manager they made the process seamless and outstanding. we were able to do same day pick up, they also gave us brochures and flyers fore other products and services they do and we placed a order for those and they were here within 4 days. Order placed Monday 1057am and order was picked up Friday at 426pm. Great service and great team. Can't wait to do business with them in the future many more times again. Great thanks to Kam.

I ordered my test kit in the morning and i was able to pick it up by end of the day. Eventhough the place was about to close, the front tesk assistant Samantha still let me in and she was super nice. Definitely great customer service. I recomend it 100%!!!

The service here is great. We just started working with them and highly recommend them to anyone in the privatized care section to honestly reach out and have a conversation with Kam. He’s got tons of services and information and has made my job getting inventory for our nursing home so much easier.They have fast and efficient service and they give email updates with anything you order.We were spending hundreds in delivery costs and other fees from outsourcing our products from somewhere else, we switched to them and ended up saving at least $317.29 a month.The great thing is that they are Canada wide and can fit the needs to all of our facilities.
