Took them an hour and a half to call me back then told me couldn't give me quote cuz he had to go for a meeting and then like never call me back don't worry didn't need hot water anyways so went to another company to help me out the same day

They came out to our rural site and repaired our Generac standby power plant. The tech knew what he was doing and was able to answer all my questions. Fixed the problem with no parts and showed me how to fix it myself next time.
