Absolutely the worst billings department I have ever dealt with. Their inability to bill a credit card for first and only purchase which was required along with furnace inspection for first purchase has now turned into months of back and forth on reasons why I refuse to pay interest was even told the owner refused to waive said interest fees. I firmly believe fraudulent billing occurs at this company and advise you shop elsewhere.

This is our first year in a home with an oil furnace. Every time I have called Upper Canada all of the women I have dealt with, the receptionist and Holly, are very friendly and helpful. I have been very impressed by the customer service.

Upper Canada Fuels
This company is horrible. They charge you for not getting your oil in time, yet it’s their fault it doesn’t come in, in time. The Oshawa receptionist is the most rude woman I’ve ever spoke to on the phone. I’m appalled at the customer service by this company.
