Updated review! They called two days later and apologized for the poor experience, offered free pizza / drinks to make up for it. Great customer service!Original review:***Took an hour to get a pizza delivered from 5 minutes away! Order was placed at 7:49pm, tracker said it left at 8:04pm, didn't show up until 8:44pm? Called the store at 8:15pm & he said it was on the way! Just ridiculous! Of course it came cold and soggy, it sat there for 40 minutes for no reason. Could have just driven there myself not paid delivery charge and had a fresh pizza. Terrible experience!

Must say that Domino's Pizza has to be one of the best pizza shops in Moncton because I seem to keep ordering there. Been ordering there for the last 9 years and it seem to be very consistent and I never had an issue. The staff always polite and friendly. Clean table service when available and lots of parking.I would recommend this pizza place to friends and family.

Placed order online at 10:27pm to be delivered at 11:30pm. At 11:30 pm their order tracking app said it was delivered. No pizza insight. Called and waited on the phone for 15mins only to be told they were busy and it would be there in 5 mins.20mins later (it's 12:05am) and I'm still sitting in the lobby of hotel waiting...Update: order arrived at 12:10am missing 3 of the 5 items I ordered. Delivery driver said the store was going to call me. 5mins later they call and say they are remaking pizzas and will be delivered in 20mins... 12:40am...Pizzas arrived at 12:53 (not in 20mins as promised)

Food was ready quickly and tasted great! The staff were friendly and attentive. Very clean location and easy to get to. I’d definitely eat here again!

Im my own worst enemy with this store. I am a loyal customer and each and every time I go this route because the food is always good, but very rarely right. Which when you are hungry can be very frustrating. I love green olives. I do NOT like black olives at all. So to get this pizza which looked delicious, yet polluted with black olives was a huge disappointment. I went to pick up my pizza and there was only 1 staff member working in the store. Answering the phone, greeting me at the cash upon arrival, and making the food orders. This was a Fri, Sept 11, 10:37 pm. I would assume its typically a busy high demand night. Also the Raptors were playing that night which I ran out between quarters to grab the food. I arrived, I paid for my order and waited 10 min for my order that was ready for quality check on the screen when I got there. Harsh truth. I stood inside and watched the employee make other pizzas and talk to someone through his ear buds while my pizza waited to be taken from oven to box to me. When he got my pizza out I thought I seen black olives, so when he gave me it, I opened the box in front of him and yep black olives. So I said well this sucks all that waiting and I need a new pizza. He said I didn't make it. Me thinking well who the heck else made it? I choose to remain kind amd polite and ask for a new pizza. He said i will give you a free pizza on your acct. How is it a free pizza when i paid for it and this one i really dont want. Again i bit my tongue and left. I picked every black olive off in the parkin lot before they got hardened in the cheese and took my food back home. It didnt go to waste. I fed it to the raccoons who enjoyed it very much. So thats a win. It wasnt until I called back after to get my free" pizza that I realized how wrong I was to ever go back here. Because there has been many issues with them I won't elaborate or bash. This remake was wrong but only bc of the crust. I order thin and this was original hand tossed crust. It was edible this time at least. Fact is we work hard for our money and people make mistakes but fix them then not push me away for later when all i wanted was what i paid for then. I opt to pick up from the location because he delivery drivers are a whole different story. We have lots of good pizza in moncton and as im telling you im going to try to do the same and support something local and reliable instead."

We just picked up our pizza come home and the center of the pizza had no dough. It was just toppings with cheese. Like they tried to cover a big hole

Pizza is fresh, crispy and delicious. Delivery driver was polite although I didn’t tip that much, will definitely tip more from now on. 43$ for 8 Wings and a large pepperoni pizza but that price is similar to other pizza food chains. I hope Domino’s keeps this as a standard. I find most pizzas don’t have enough tomato sauce, didn’t want to pay extra, didn’t taste enough tomato sauce as if there was just dough and cheese. Would recommend *purchasing* tomato sauce on the side or add extra.

Two things I would like to mention here.1. The guys were doing garbage, cleaning floors and at the same time they were packing the orders. That was one night. I don’t know about the other nights. Don’t believe me, MANAGEMENT-please go check the cameras and you can clearly see this.2.Poor customer service.

The pizza was really good given that I used a coupon for the right $ value. Person working at the reception wasn’t too happy about it. Nice bathroom and good sitting area but custom service isn’t the greatest.
