Pacific Cove Properties - Maple Manor Apartments

I have personally never had anything stolen from me while living here except some laundry baskets from leaving them in the laundry room. That was my own fault, though. Can't blame the landlord. We have lived here about 4 years now and have never had any issues with anything. I love living here and the landlord is always able to get things fixed as soon as he can. He's very kind and always says hello. We also have not had renovations done on our apartment and there has been ZERO pressure from him for us to move out. Other than that, it's a decent apartment for the price and close to bus stops and grocery stores and hydro is next to nothing.

I, personally, did not live there, but my son did! He was accused of having bedbugs in his apartment and was evicted. During the eviction, the landlord had removed all his electronic equipment for old TVs, radios and bike equipment, that was worth a lot of money and time to Corey; it was his hobby and it took him years to acquire it all! He has nothing left now to do and can not afford to buy what he lost. He had full intentions of finding a place to store it all when he moved into a much better place, but the caretaker didn't wait for him to be able to do that and threw everything into the dump! To that landlord, I think you should reimburse Corey for what he lost and WAIT before you decide to dump someone's possessions!!! If you have them hidden somewhere, they are NOT yours' and should be given back to Corey immediately!! What you are, possibly doing, is theft! He spent most of his life repairing old TVs and collecting them because he was very good at that type of work! You took that away from him without a care to how it would affect him, personally! You are a coward and useless piece of humanity! I hope your tenants read this so they will know what NOT to do when facing eviction for something that was NOT their fault to start with!! Been living here for 4 years and I have no complains against the management. Both of them are very nice and courteous. The fact that they live here as well escapes the mind of some people. EVERYONE has the right to enjoy their place and have some expectations of common Sense from the neighbors. Having kids playing is not a problem, they can run and laugh with adult supervision. But when the kids start SCREAMING from the top of their lungs for no reason at all is unacceptable. I don't have to listen to your kids yelling so loud that I have to increase the volume of my TV. The management is responsible for every tenant, and telling a parent to control their children is within their job description. Stop the entitlement and stop blaming others for your shortcomings. Be a parent.

Gerry and his team are always attentive, professional, and cordial in all our dealings. We have never experienced any negative interactions with anyone on his team.

Jerry is doing a good Job, by doing the regular maintenance as well as the gated door is a big safety that prevents miscreants from entering the property, it is a nice property to rent and stay overall. I have been living here for 6 years now. I recommend this property for anybody interested in renting.
