I was there on a Friday early afternoon. It was busy but I had no delays. The machines worked well and I was given excellent guidance on the time needed to dry my laundry.

Lady at front desk is extremely rude...zero smile and not helpful at all...I will not Tip for a bad service..kinda wish there was another laundry mat in the area..please sell your business to someone who can do better for this community

They don't want to minus the laundry basket weight. They have been charging me 4 lbs extra which I'd the weight of my laundry basket. Very poor service. Last week my clothes were returned half wet. Not recommended at all.

Just called them, and was hung up I was asking if they accepted debit, and was given terrible attitude glad I called before to know the vibes here aren’t what I need. First impression they definitely need to act more professional, and polite over the phone! I wouldn’t recommend plain, and simple.

50 cent more than other laundry mat for the large load. Very small space, everyone having to constantly excuse themselves/yourself to move around. Machines don't work properly n timer is less on the washing machine. Not worth the cost. Not clean. Bough a chocolate bar. Must have been there for yrs. Ok, close to it. 1st n last time there.

Washing machines are dirty and moldy. Workers there don't know how to smile or be nice. Yes it's a cheap place to do laundry but water barely comes out of the washing machines.
