Excellent service! We had our timing belt replaced, and they kept us updated throughout the process and even sent us photos, which was so appreciated! We were super impressed. Jolene is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming when you come in. I ended up visiting for a bit with her and Mitch and enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back when we need maintenance again...oh did I mention how impressed we were?! :)Shelby

Mitch and his team are professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I took our 2008 Rav in for an oil change and inspection. Have had several vehicle repairs completed there from wheel hubs to brakes and suspension repairs and synthetic oil changes. Always very good thorough service. Issues are repaired properly and within specified timelines. Very accommodating scheduling in mechanical repairs. Highly recommended!

These Guys were great to deal with. I had a transfer case blow on my vehicle, they diagnosed and repaired the same day, and provided exceptional communication and service throughout the process.I also noticed a noise coming from my vehicle, which they diagnosed quickly. Turns out it was a rock, which they removed at no charge to me.Can't say enough good things about my experience here. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on, instead of a large dealership.

We had the required 150,000 km timing belt replacement kit (timing belt and associated pulleys and tensioner, water pump, crank and camshaft seals) replaced in our Lexus RX330. The technician did great job no issues. Mitch was very professional and the invoice was exactly as he quoted.

I took our kids car" in for inspection and repair. Mitch and the staff were excellent to deal with. They were great with communication and gave us options and ideas for what could be done to keep the car safe for young drivers but not break the bank. Repairs were done quickly! I highly recommend!"

My first impression of Epic Automotive was how tidy it was - one of the cleanest auto body shops I've seen. Their team is polite and answered all of my questions. One of their biggest values is time efficiency - they stick to their word. I highly recommend this place for your vehicle fixes.
