Worst customer experience. Stefan was sarcastic and condescending. I simply asked the price difference to order the thickness I requested and how much longer to produce...basically a quote. I stated that I recieved aanother quote, that was less than his current one but his timeframe was better so I wanted to know how much more in order to make an educated decision and he told me he could pick and choose his clients and my business was too small and he wasnt
