Love that they look after the people most likely to be left behind when there is a crisis. We have been supporters for years and will continue to be. Thier rating are very good and the amount spent on fundraising and administration is good.

Was a donor here for years. Manager VERONICA SHAW and rep Anja very shady ladies. Stay clear of this organization. They will take your money to fill up their own pockets so they can drive their fancy cars and go on extravagant vacations. I highly doubt my money was spent on a good cause i never received anything from them except a few tax receipts. When i tried to stop being a donor here they gave me such a hard time in cancelling my account, called them and emailed them. I ended up having to pay $189 in NSF since i had stopped banking with my previous bank thinking they would at least stop taking my money. I told them to close the acct.

Went to make a donation at the office in Whitchurch-Stoufville. Everything was good from beginning to the end. Lets support the less fortunate people around the world with your generous donations.

I've been a donor sporadically for several years and became a regular donor recently. I love the work they do and how well they communicate about the money that is being spent and what is being provided. I am glad they exist so that people like me who live a pretty privileged life in Canada can actually support people in a much worse situation. Without organizations like Hope & Healing it would be so much harder to help others in need.

Their ministry is so blessed and God ordained and missionaries that work under this umbrella to serve the most vulnerable and needy with disabilities with their eyes and feet, they give the best serving the Lord and these families. I pray for their ministry and pray for them often.

they took money on the 27th of Sept, nothing in October then kept taking on the 16th of every month without me even realizing. there was no indication from anyone that they'd have a set date to take money. I cancelled in March happily, but little did I know money was already taken. I thought this was a nice organization to help families in need, but I wouldn't want to continue with them as I felt there was some dishonesty in the end and exiting their organization wasnt a smooth transition for me as I would have liked. I want to be real for a minute and also take the time to say that the people that are being helped shouldnt even be in that state to begin with. These organizations can do better to campaign for imperialists to exit third world countries" instead of taking more money from people's pockets. That's just my opinion."

Understand that 830 pm is probably not an appropriate time to be going door to door ringing bells. Family routines ie children being put to bed get very interrupted by these door to door things.
