Nancy and Sophia are such a great team. We felt confident that we were being looked after like we were their own family.They were always quick and efficient, which was so helpful and necessary in this fast paced market. This was my first experience buying a home and I feel because of Nancy and Sophia's experience and confidence everything went smoothly and as predictably as possible. Sophia and Nancy are great to work with. When I purchased my place, they provided guidance and opinions on various properties when I wasn’t able to see them in person. Highly recommend Nancy and Sophia. Sophia took the lead on our house hunt and was exceptional. She quickly learned what we were looking for and was able to see places with us on short notice, usually the day the house was listed. We were looking for our first detached house and her experience and advice were invaluable, especially when it came to the income potential of each property and what we'd have to do to set up a rental suite. Victoria is a tough market to buy a home and Sophia's dedication to our search made a huge difference!

Worth every penny and more. Of course I'm one of those people who questioned the amount you pay but in this case I was so wrong.
