She listens to me, and I look forward to my appointments with her to prevent chronic damage to my feet.

Great professional friendly staff.I had a stroke over 5 years ago, my understanding is after two years there is probably no more improvements. I have been seeing Emily Locker for a time now to help with mobility. I am 79 years old and I use a cane to move around and not a wheelchair. I received Physiotherapy from Emily L. At Lakefield Physiotherapy following a car accident. She has a friendly, professional approach and did an excellent job with assessment and treatment. I feel so much better with the many appointments I had with her. I had an appointment with the RMT there as well - who was incredible! I also appreciated the kind, helpful reception staff at the clinic - they even helped me with some exhaustive insurance forms when I first attended.I highly recommend Lakefield Physiotherapy and would attend there again without hesitation if needed.My only point for improvement, which isn’t in their control, would be the paid parking gate. About a quarter of the time it wasn’t working properly. When I had difficulties, the receptionist at Lakefield Physiotherapy helped me out, or another staff member at the health centre.

I’ve attended this clinic for a number of treatment needs and will highly recommend Kim for her persistence, knowledge and professionalism. She makes work as much fun as possible and the distraction sees you through a successful healing path.Staff here, in any capacity, are welcoming and friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs whether it be scheduling or treatment parameters.Thank you so very much!!

I recently saw Emily for physiotherapy for a shoulder and arm injury. Emily was fantastic, so professional, skilled and caring. The physio was very effective. I also had help from Brianna, the kinesiologist. Brianna, with Emily's assistance, set up a home strength building program for me to help with osteoporosis and general muscle strength. Brianna was great. Kim at the front desk is caring, friendly and efficient. I feel fortunate to have had assistance at this clinic. I highly recommend it!

These are the most friendly and lovely people in this place! They are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very pleasant! They care about you here. Kim at the reception is always smiling! So nice to see. Emily is so soft and sweet with a nice smile as well!
