These guys were great! I needed a phone quickly - on a Sunday - and they were here in an hour, transferred the SIM card, gave me a little tutorial and we were good to go! Then the charging cord didn't seem to work well after a couple of weeks, and within a day, two more were delivered to my house. Wow. Where do you get service like that these days? I wish this company all the best!

I am an iPhone abuser and a consistent head-to-kijiji buyer of used iPhones. I am very happy with my recent (2 weeks ago) purchase from need-a-phone inc. Specifically, we met in a safe space public for consideration of the purchase, although i understand delivery is their speciality. The seller was STELLAR re. getting my potential new phone up and working with my old sim card before we exchanged $. Finally, the seller provided me with details, contact info, and advice that no other private kijiji sellers would ever offer. I am confident that this is the company I will return to when buying new phones in the future. The prices are extremely reasonable. And c'mon: who needs a brand new phone unless you really need a brand new phone?! If you are buying recycled/used try this this company. They are solid. They can explain their product and they offer backup support when you buy. I, myself, have had no issues, but please read other reviews for examples if/where they came up.

Process was very easy and professional. We did the entire transaction through text. They sent a courier to deliver the phone. Phone was exactly as described. The whole process was done in a few hours. Well done!

I needed a new phone after mine took a dip in the swimming pool, but did not want to upgrade or change models. Kunal was able to provide me a very good phone (same model) rather quickly.
