Would not recommend this service. Used them twice and both times not good.Today they were to pick me up at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital at 10am. I was outside at 9.50 waiting. As each bus came, they said I was not on there list. Drivers would not contact dispatch to see what was wrong, but I had to phone myself. They said I was a no show. I was not.Finally got picked up at 11.30. When I phoned customer service, I received no sympathy or support.
