The Wing Spot - Queen West

So disappointing, both the food and the service levels. Given all the high ratings this place had, I was excited to try it, but now it just feels like those 5 star reviews cannot be genuine. We ordered two pounds of wings and 2 orders of the gar par fries on Friday, we were advised it would be 20 minutes, but ended up waiting an hour (and we weren't alone in that, with all the upset uber drivers stuck waiting and the angry phone calls they were getting). We finally got our order, the wings were okay, but they were barely sauced and definitely not worth the wait. The fries were just terrible, they were soggy, unseasoned, and tasted like they were not fully cooked (I've included a picture). The guy at the front was doing his best, but this place is very understaffed to manage all of the orders coming in, and the food quality took a big hit. The owners of this place have really set their staff up for failure. Unfortunately, it will be our first and last time ordering here.

Best wings in Toronto so far ! Love the fries and cheese !!! The wings are great and you can choose from over 30 flavours for your wings ! The parmesan garlic sauce is really great as a dip ! Love it always coming back !! Service is great too

This is THE WING SPOT!!!!!Best wings and service that I ever had at Toronto.I didn’t think they were going to be this good because they have such a large menu with different flavours, and the place was kinda small (they can improve in the dinning area but most people take the wings to go)But listen to me, you have to give them an opportunity and have dinner there.The cashier was the nicest guy ever, so patient to us even when we were a big group unorganized, overwhelmed by the options and the server helped us a lot to find the best flavour for us, so patient and kindWe ordered the convo for 5 people, was more than perfect, everything was delicious, hot, crispy and juicy. We all eat so much with this deal that we even had to bring food home.I had the devil hot ones with ranch, so delicious!!And their garlic fries are just amazing !

Got the buy one get one offer on wings and jaffna fries from UberEats. The spicy garlic parm wings were great. The Jaffna fries tasted incredible, specially for the white sauce used on it coupled with a mild heat from the chillies (it is worth mentioning I have a high spice tolerance). The quantity and quality was great given the price and offer. Will try again

Stopped by here on a Monday around dinner time. It was our first time there and Brayden was super helpful with our questions regarding the flavours. They were definitely busy with a steady stream of delivery drivers picking up orders. They possibly were understaffed but we both have worked in the service industry so we understand how it is sometimes. And Brayden was working hard! Wings were great! Nicely breaded, saucy etc. We got garlic Parmesan and I think spicy bbq. Will definitely be returning!

The Mac and Cheese bites were out of this world!! Really friendly staff, the wings were fantastic, plus the onion rings were actually the best I ever had!! Definitely will be coming back!! Lots of flavors to pick from!!More of a chill low key dine in experience, mostly a take out spot but it's still a good enough place to enjoy a meal with friends or a have a date!

This has to be my go to wing place. So many flavour options to choose from and the quality never misses. Also, I find that many places are stingy with sauces and toppings but this location of wing spot is always so generous with it. Customer service is also great.

A true gem!!! Stumbled upon this while walking, and we were not disappointed! Tried the Wing Spot Special, Chili Onion Chaat, and the Cheesy Onion Fries. Let me tell you these dishes were a straight flavor explosion!! Highly recommend the Chaat and Cheesy Onion Fries (off menu items, we were fortunate the owner let us try items they're releasing this week). Customer service is phenomenal. Definitely coming back, thank you for making my Saturday night!!!

This place is sooo good! It’s become my go-to spot for wings. Not only do they have really great deals, but the wings are amazing quality for the price - juicy and you never get any tiny pieces.I have never liked breading on chicken wings as they’re often half the size of the wing itself but Wing Spot does it perfectly where the breading isn’t too thick and you get a nice crisp in your bite.Each time I have gone I have been greeted by friendly employees who were incredibly patient and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners the most recent time I went and he was a genuinely great person (I’m sorry I forgot his name! Sandav maybe?). They never cheap out on toppings & sauces, and even if it’s somehow not enough for you they are always willing to add more.Photos don’t do justice and I almost want to gatekeep this place for myself but they definitely deserve the recognition :)*P.S. Try the SPICY GAR PARM!

Satisfaction guaranteed!Super friendly staff and the wings and specials were so good that I decided to order a second time in the same week!I ordered the buffalo BBQ wrap with wings and it did not disappoint! Going to be trying a new flavour every week
