I had messaged Rinku in distress after having 2 awful experiences with PRP appointments. She was kind and got me in asap. I was nervous and didn't have much hope for the appointment as after multiple attempts in the first 2 appointments, they could not draw my blood (they told me my veins were unreachable). However, Rinku was able to do what I thought was impossible. She drew my blood first try and got everything we needed seamlessly. She was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the procedure, but also hilarious and so easy to talk to. The whole appointment was so easy and such a fantastic experience.
