This used to be my go place for tires and work . Prices were great! Ordered new tire and sprockets from them which came in and 3 times they refused to make an appointment to install . Last time they insisted they would call me back with an appointment time but never did . I went in and talked to them about it told me they lost my number , which I find hard to believe as I have had numerous tires installed and work done . Even then did not offer me an appointment time I took my tied and parts and found someone who appreciated my business. Truly disappointing .

I took my bike to Levesque Recreation for new tires, I have regretted it ever since.Burton seems to be a great guy, easy to talk to, knowledge and helpful, but has absolutely no customer support (in my honest opinion), and really doesn't appreciate any type of return business.If you truly care about your bike, this isn't your place.After having new tires installed, my grips, forks, frame, etc were filty from being handled with dirty hands, the factory two-way tape that fastened the original weights wasn't cleaned from the rim prior to installing new balancing weights(which were partially installed over the original tape), and my bike had a wobble" that has cost me a few hundred more since to fix.I blew off the shoddy craftsmanship but was truly concerned about the wobble. All attempts to address it(with the first contact being immediately after driving the bike home)were side talked
