Servers were very friendly, overall the service was good, but the food was absolutely terrible. We ordered our food and when it came it was all over cooked and bland!! Ordered a medium rare steak with a shrimp salad and when it was served the steak was over cooked and the shrimp was like chewing rubber and was greatly over seasoned!! Also ordered the fried chicken and beans and the beans were incredibly dry and unflavored. We also ordered a memphis burger and when it came it was very bland, the pulled pork was dry and unflavored, the burger itself was very dry overall. We forcefully finished our food due to the very high price. Everything we had ordered was either dry or unflavored. I am no professional food reviewer but I wouldn’t recommend dining there if you’re looking for a good quality and flavorful meal!! Overall “Tony Roma’s Legendary Grill” was not very legendary.

I took the family to dinner on opening night. It was awesome. From the greeting at the door, to our first contact with our server, and right through the course of our meal the staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our food came to the table in a timely fashion, piping hot. I’ve always enjoyed TR’s and love the new upscale version. We’ll definitely be back.

Staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. Professionalism is being taught to the young staff.Food arrived hot and was plentiful. Portions are large, especially the beef ribs. Lots of options on the menu.Opening night bumps and hiccups were evident, but this is to be expected. I hope this location is successful, as we need good rib restaurants in the city. Nice to have them located in the west end.Congratulations on a successful opening night!!

So traveled across the city as my husband and I really wanted tortilla soup and potato soup. The potato soup was watery and tons of onions not how it used to be and they won't serve tortilla soup after lunch so both very disappointing. However the food we did order wasn't bad. The staff were super great, very friendly and helpful so overall decent experience and I'd still travel across the city to avoid the Northside location so happy that this one has opened.

When we think about celebrations, Tony Roma is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Service was delightful and very professional.Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I came in Edmonton to meet my family from BC and I can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in 10/10

Wow. I'd forgotten about this place and we had a great lunch at a very reasonable price for lunch. Will have to bring grandchild back and check out kids menu.

I had a great lunch at the newest Tony Roma’s in west Edmonton. I had a bbq chicken Cobb salad with garlic cheese bread. The meal was excellent and the service was fantastic. Lesa looked after me and I had absolutely not complaints. Between Lesa, Madison and the rest of the staff, I was most impressed. I will be dinning here regularly.

We were on our way to Earls when we saw this was opened up. Brutal. First two attempts ordering a drink, both were out, that’s fine, found something else. Ordered the original burger, chicken and ribs, and potato soup. Burger came out wrong, so they brought out the toppings and sauce separately for us to put on, by that point I was done my chicken and ribs, and my wife’s burger was completely soggy. The potato soup was watered down, and way too peppery - wasn’t eaten. My ribs were fine, but my tiny chicken breast was quite literally just montreal chicken spice that I could grill at home. Won’t be back. The crazy part is the chicken and rib combo was the exact same price as earls, but not even close to comparison. I know they’re new and I take that into consideration, but when things were as bad as they were for us I felt compelled to review.

Visited the restaurant today on opening day. We've been going to Tony Romas for years and absolutely loved this new location! It's the nicest location we've been to so far. Very classy with a great atmosphere. Jason was our waiter and he was great! He checked in a lot and connected well with our family. All the staff were super nice as we've known them for a long time. The food as always, was really good. Definitely would recommend.

The 1/2 barbecue chicken was delicious. My sister order beef ribs. The waitress didn't hesitate when we asked for mashed potatoes rather than fries. She was an excellent waitress.
